Save Your Joints by Using Your Body’s Natural Shock Absorbers

Many people make the mistake of landing on their heels when jogging, jumping, etc.  Continuous heel strikes tend to pound the body and over time can lead to shin splints, knee pain, foot/ankle injuries and hip/low back problems.

Use Your Body’s Natural Shock Absorbers

The balls of your feet are your body’s natural shock absorbers.  So the next time you jump rope, do some plyo jumps or simply go for an easy run, be sure to pay attention to your feet and take away the pounding by using your shocks!

This will help to preserve your joints and extend your ability to workout with plyo jumps and other impact exercises with reduced pain.
