    Happy customer!

Lots of research to decide on this bike. I ordered online; delivered in 5 days with free shipping. I have a bad back and knees and discovered recumbent bikes in physical therapy. Assembly took a while, but even with my physical disabilities, I did it by myself...58 yr. old female. Instruction book DOES need updating, as wiring was different. Smooth, quiet workout today :) Love my new, well built exercise bike!!!! Thank you Horizon!!!

    GREAT Recumbent Bike!

    4 out of 5

Love, love, love! We looked at many different recumbent bikes before deciding on this one. So glad we did. It is very sturdy and offers extremely smooth pedaling. The cons were that it has MANY parts that need to be put together. It took my husband well over an hour to put it together (and he is quite handy when it comes to machines and mechanical stuff... if I had put it together it would have probably taken about a month, lol). Also, we can't get the heart monitor to work correctly. But, for those to be the only 2 negatives and everything else be GREAT... I highly recommend!

    Outstanding Bike

    4 out of 5

The bike arrived quickly in very heavy duty packaging so there was no damage in transit. Despite what others have written it is extremely easy to assemble and took me less than an hour using only the provided tools. It is beautifully made and really solid. The seat is comfortable with adequate lumbar support and it is extremely simple to adjust for best leg length. The pedals are comfortable and although the straps are stiff they are easy to adjust. The screen is clear, easy to read and in the quick start mode gives good straightforward feedback. The step through feature is an added advantage as I have a bad leg and this is so much easier for me. It is a nice bike. Horizon provided excellent fast service and a super price.

    Great Bike

Great Bike!! I purchased this bike 2 months ago and have been using it almost every day. I find this bike very comfortable to ride and the programming is just what I need to inspire my workout. It is an affordable bike and easy on the eyes since it is sitting in my family room. It was very easy to assemble (I did it myself) however, I did have help on adjusting the seat mechanism underneath. Apparently the rubber piece was upside down so, therefore it would not hold the seat in place. But overall, it is a great Bike.

    Great value

Great bike for the price. Fairly easy to assemble and is comfortable and easy to use. I have had it for two weeks and I am very pleased with it's performance. The only complaint is make sure you read the shipping instructions. My arrived on a large truck that could not get up the drive to the house.

    One great little machine.

This is one great ride, smooth and quiet. Easy to assemble. It is better than any of the commercial bikes in our gym that I've been riding for the past four years.

    Best bike ever

    5 out of 5

This is the best bike ever. It is sturdy and well built. East to put together and very great to ride. Being recumbent there is no back ache like I used to get when riding my upright. My 93 year old mother rides it and has an easy time getting off and on it. Love it!! Best bike for the value!!

    Good bike but.....

Bought the bike nearly 2 1/2 months ago. From the start the HR monitor did not work and the tension was a bit extreme. Called the repair place, parts would be ordered and bike fixed by end of the month. I called at the end of the month, "parts are on back order". By mid February, the tension did get adjusted, but HR monitor still not working, tech said "will have parts next week and will call to put them in". That was last week. I called today, told "have to talk with the service tech", no phone call back. I've been very patient but this is a bit much, 3/19 will be 2 months of waiting for the repairs to be made. I'm ready to have them come and get it and replace with a new one. I think the bike would be ok, if I could use it the way I should be able to use it. I'm not necessarily "blaming" the repair place, but come on....nearly 2 1/2 months?

    Great for the money.

Heavy duty materials & parts. Took about 3 hours to assenble.Tricky part remove seat bar and lock seat adjustment. I recommend this bike, especially for seniors or partial cripples like me.

    Very Good Product

Just finished assembling our RC 30. Although there was a little confusing steps, we managed to get through it. We both tried it our and found it very easy to set and use . I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a good workout with out spending an arm and a leg. Very good so far.

My husband and I love this bike. I did some independent research online and this bike scored very high within the price range. I was worried about the assembly but the directions were very clear with all the tools included. It took us about an hour and a half to get it assembled. It is very quiet and sturdy. Eight levels is more than enough for us. We are in such bad shape that we are starting on level 1. I have had lower back surgery and the seat is very comfortable. My husband has COPD so he rides it for maybe 10-15 minutes a few times a day. This is the first piece of equipment which has worked for both of us and I think it was an excellent choice. I would not hesitate to order from Horizon again or to refer them to someone.

I am thrilled with this bike.

Having just experienced hip replacement surgery, I am intending to use an exercise bike in a major way from now on. My upright bike was never quite comfortable enough, so I decided to try the Horizon recumbent. I love it (and am going to be selling my upright). It is so comfortable, quiet and easy to use, but, at the same time, provides an awesome workout!

Very nice bike. Sturdy, quiet. My 14 year old assembled it in about an hour.

    What I needed

    5 out of 5

Just getting started with routines w/ bike, is meeting all my needs, easy to operate, sturdy construction. Other manufacturers bike don; seem as well built as this one. So far very pleased

Easily assembled. All of the tools were included and the instructions were clear. I am disappointed that the display is not back-lighted, and cannot be read in low light. If I make repeated changes to the display, it stops responding and I must turn the display off and then start over.

    We love it!

The Horizon RC30 Recumbent Exercise Bike arrived in a well-packaged box. My son spent about a couple hours putting it together without a problem. He couldn't wait to give it a test run... It worked flawlessly. My wife and I had to wait in line to give it a try! The seat is really comfortable and easy to adjust which is a plus since I have had lower back surgery. The exercise programs are nice and easily customized to a person's ability. All of us have ridden it for a few days now and we all love it. Thank you for a well-made product!

    "Just what the doctor ordered."

    5 out of 5

The bike works well for both my husband and me. It provides good exercise as strenuous (or not) as you wish. We had to hire a couple of college students to move it to where we wanted it and to assemble it, but once that was done it was up to us, and we like it very much. "Just what the doctor ordered."

A great bike at a great price

This is my fourth bike; I wore out the previous ones because I have been exercising on stationary bikes 40 minutes, 5-6 times week week for over 20 years. Instructions were excellent; it took me about 4 hours to assemble. I had a problem, I called the "Customer Tech Support " number, and they sent me a new part right away-their customer service is the best. This bike is comfortable and fun ti ride, and though it is very similar to my previous one, it was less than 1/2 the price. A great bike at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service and support.

    Just what I needed

the doctor told me to find a good recumbent bike . I have arthritis in my knees. and hips. I was also very out of shape with a lot of weight to lose. Now I have a way of keeping my joint in good shape. I am up to ten miles a day. i use it 6 days a week. my husband is using it 3 days a week. So far we have had no problems with your product. hanks

    Great work out

    5 out of 5

We got the bike got it together in about 2hours . Instructions were very easy to read. I have used it and found just how out of shape I was 20 min to start out with. i am hoping to lower my weight and blood sugars slowly and have a good health out come the doctor says this is the best way to achieve it . Love the bike.

    good product

I have only had the RC-30 a few weeks, but I really like the measured workout it gives. I used a $1500 bike in a hotel fitness room and cannot see the worth of the extra $$$. For a lower level user like me, this is a good but for the money. I would recommend this for any home user.

    Great product!

Bought the Horizon after doing hours of online research and talking to a couple of personal trainers. Got lots of information, but the bottom line was this: Horizon makes excellent products - especially for the price you pay.

    Excellent bike! for the price!

I did much research before investing the money into a piece of home cardio equipment. I am very pleased with this bike! Glad I purchased this, need to get back into shape and this is the key to my new beginning.

    Well made bike.

    4 out of 5

Well made, easy to put together, comfortable, only wish it had one more lower power setting. The difference between 1 and 2 is larger than expected. Especially for rehab work.

Best purchase I ever made. It is very sturdy and just the right amount of programs for me. Warranty is great.

    Great bike, easy assembly

    5 out of 5

So far, so good. Easy delivery. Assembly took time, but the instructions were clear and if you follow them step by step, there are no problems. My teen son and I were able to complete the assembly in under two hours. Electronics working great, comfortable seat position and intensity levels are similar to the fitness center bike I have been using. Overall, great bike for the money and the bonus equipment mat is perfect.

    Great Equipment

    5 out of 5

This is the same piece of equipment that I use at my physical therapy class. So I new what I was ordering when I bought it. I thought that if my therapist liked it, that was good enough for me. After two knee replacements the bike is doing a great job for me.I am looking forward to a great retirement with new knees.

Only 3 weaknesses- very good apparatus

    4 out of 5

Have found wide range of workout choices to match my time and zeal.Machine is sleek but sturdy. Three improvements I would make are due to my situation and are not universal shortcomings. 1- longer plug in wire since I face away from wall while working & wire must pass from front of unit to wall outlet. 2- seat wobbles as I pedal which causes an irritation as my clothes rub the base of my spine. 3- Pedal rotation is too large for my short legs to handle easily even with the seat adjusted forward. I strain to maintain full contact with the pedals as they rotate away from my seat.

I Love it. It's just what I wanted and I can adjust speed ,strength and stride .

    5 out of 5

I would give this a 5 Star on 1-5 . It's smooth and more than I expected. I'm getting my knees back in shape. I had both my knees replaced and this is what I recommend. The Horizon RC30. My knees are recovering much faster than others I've talked to. No pain no gain and here to control the pain and gain on new knees. You can go from no pain to a little. It's just great.

I have been using a Schwinn 220 in therapy that i have been doing for the last 6 months because of extensive back surgery. I have always liked using a recumbent bike so i decided to buy one. Part of the reason i went with a Horizon is i already own a Horizon T1201 tread mill and am very pleased with it. The bike has a very comfortable seat and back support , controls are easy to use, just an all around excellent product . I would buy another one tomorrow if i needed to.

    Excellent equipment!

We put our bike together and have found it to be an essential part of our fitness routine. It is a quality product for the money and it will definitely be used by all the members of our household. Also, the guarantee is outstanding.

I have been using exercise bikes for 25 years and finally went to the recumbent type because of my back and neck. I t is great, no discomfort anymore and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in shape, especially for people who are in there later years.

We have been using our bike every day. It is well build and the best exercise that we have stuck with.

Its just what I needed. Lots of levels to ride and lots of programs to choose from. I should have ordered this awhile ago!

    Excellent Product at reasonable price!

I was looking for a good recumbent bike at a reasonable price and I found the Horizon RC30. It has lots of features and comes with a low price tag. I also was not sure if my wife who is 4'11"" would be able to use it so I called customer service and they pointed me in the right direction for being able to find out if the bike would be useful for her. Excellent product at reasonable price!!

Very nice product for fitness buffs

I actually purchased another brand of recumbent and was very unhappy with it so I returned it and bought the Horizon. I've used it many times since then and have been very happy with the quality. My only issue is that the seat could be a bit more comfortable.

    Right equipment

    4 out of 5

I just started using this bike upon my return from Afghan. So far I am pleased with its construction and features. I m thinking the seat could be just a bit more comfy thou. I have other Horizon equipment and all of it is sturdy and not wimpy stuff at all. I am pleased with the guarantee that came with the bike and look forward to may years of riding.
